3.      Contoh Kalimat Degree of comparison

• Positive degree

The task is not as difficult as you imagine.
His money is not as much as your money.

• Comparative

He is as brilliant as his sister.
My brother is more patient than I am.

• Superlative

He is the most dilligent student in my class
My brother is the fattest  in our family.



4.      Contoh Kalimat Direct – Indirect Speech

• Direct Speech

“I play basketball every saturday night,” said Tommy.
“I’ll be back soon,” he said.

• Indirect Speech

Tommy said that he played basketball every saturday night.
He said that he would be back soon.



5.      Contoh Kalimat If Clause

• Type 1

If I have a lot of money, I’ll buy a car.
I will visit them if I have enough time.

• Type 2
